Sweets & Snacks Expo is one of the most important trade shows for the confectionery, bakery and snacking industry in the United States. What does Luker Chocolate do?

Luker Chocolate is a B Corp certified, family-owned Colombian chocolate manufacturer founded in 1906. We work closely with brands in confectionery, bakery and snacking, from formulation through to finished product, with a supply chain built on traceability and transparency.

What chocolate ingredients will be available to taste at Sweets & Snacks Expo 2026?

Our team will be showcasing our Balance range of reduced-sugar formulations including Dark Chocolate with allulose and coconut sugar, plus Oat Milk 43. We will also be presenting chocolate with whey protein, Colombian single-origin and Heritage chocolates including Gardenia, Claro de Luna, Palenque and Nevado, and our Sensación line with Caramelo and Dorado.

What is the Sensación line?

Sensación is a range of indulgent Colombian chocolates from Luker with a rich, distinctive flavour character. Caramelo and Dorado are the two chocolates in this line, each developed to offer brands in confectionery and snacking an ingredient with genuine flavour differentiation and a compelling story for their consumers.

Can Luker Chocolate develop a bespoke chocolate formulation for my brand?

Yes. Our new product development team works directly with brands to co-create formulations tailored to specific nutritional profiles, flavour targets and production requirements. Schedule a meeting at the show and come prepared to talk about what you're building.

How does Luker Chocolate ensure traceability in its supply chain?

Through our own traceability system, we verify that every batch of cacao we source comes from deforestation-free zones, that human rights are protected across our value chain and that price transfer to farmers is transparent. Every product in our portfolio is fully traceable from origin and compliant with international requirements including the EU Deforestation Regulation.

What is The Chocolate Dream?

The Chocolate Dream is Luker Chocolate's long-term sustainability programme through which we work directly with cocoa-growing communities across Colombia to improve farmer incomes, promote regenerative agricultural practices and ensure environmental balance in the regions where we operate. In 2023, the programme reached more than 3,900 rural families.

Is Luker Chocolate B Corp certified?

Yes. Luker Chocolate achieved B Corp certification in 2023, reflecting our long-standing commitment to operating as a business that creates value for farmers, clients, employees and the planet.

Is this Luker Chocolate's first time at Sweets & Snacks Expo?

No. This is our second year. We attended for the first time in 2025 and connected with brands across confectionery, bakery and snacking. We are returning in 2026 with an expanded portfolio and a wider team.
