Single Region Chocolate
What is Single Region Chocolate?
Single-region chocolate is a type of chocolate made exclusively from cocoa beans harvested from a specific region. Unlike Single Country and Single Estate Chocolate, which is sourced from single countries or farms, Single Region Chocolate's cocoa beans can come from multiple farms within a defined geographical region. This allows the chocolate to embody the characteristic flavours and qualities unique to that region's climate, soil, and cocoa cultivation methods.
Our Single Region chocolate is made with cocoa farmed in carefully selected regions of Colombia, such as Huila, Tumaco, and Santander. By meticulously selecting the cocoa beans from these regions, we can create chocolates with a unique flavour profile that showcases the distinct characteristics of each region. The cocoa beans are grown in soil with different compositions at varying altitudes and temperatures, which affects their flavour and aroma. Through our single-region chocolate, we can offer a chance to explore Colombia's diverse and unique flavours.
