The establishment of Luker Chocolate in the 21st century signifies more than just a brand or a new business unit. It represents an ambitious effort to share Colombia's rich and authentic flavours with the world.

Born from a desire to infuse more excellent value into the Colombian chocolate-making process, Casa Luker embodies a commitment to excellence right from the source.

Today, we embody a legacy of ethical commitments, a fervour for sustainable initiatives, and relentless support for the communities we serve.

1906
In the year 1906, our company was established with a clear purpose in mind - to make the cocoa communities the focal point of our operations.
1956
A testament to our continuous growth and commitment to quality, the main manufacturing plant was established in Bogotá, becoming the heart of our operations.
1963
The inception of Granja Luker symbolized our dedication to the world of cocoa. Created as a center for agricultural research, its mission was clear: Delve deep into the intricacies of cocoa, enhance its production, and transfer this profound knowledge to our local farming community.
2006
We introduced our first fine chocolate couverture to international industrial markets as part of our efforts to globalize.
2008
Marking our commitment to global standards and ethics, we proudly became members of the World Cocoa Foundation. This move underscored our aim to uplift the standards of the global cocoa production chain.
2008
We participated in our first international trade show, ISM, where we debuted our Single Origin Couverture Tumaco 1906.
2009
Our first export to the United States and Europe is a landmark achievement for our company as we strive to change the world using our chocolate as a tool for change.
2010
We expanded our presence into Asia, catering to the growing demand for chocolate in this continent.
2018
A landmark year, as we unveiled Luker Chocolate, a distinct business unit within the group. While retaining our sustainable ethos and commitment to quality, we began assembling a top-tier team with a vision: to use our chocolate as a tool for change.
2019
We launched The Chocolate Dream, our initiative to positively impact communities with education, entrepreneurship, and more, believing in chocolate's power to better the world and foster fair, win-win relationships.
2022
We expanded our reach by acquiring a majority stake in the Slovakian Lyra Group, broadening our product range and streamlining European logistics. Our commitment to sourcing and crafting ingredients at origin remains as strong as ever.
2023
We joined B Corp, certifying our commitment to sustainability and our mission to drive well-being through the cocoa value chain. This step fortifies our promise to use business as a force for good.
